A Week of Hustle and Rest: Balancing Work, Health, and Passion Projects
It's been a whirlwind of a week filled with work, socializing, and tackling various projects.
Since Sunday, I've been putting in the hours at my 9-5 job, staying focused and productive. However, I also made sure to carve out time to spend with a friend who was in town. It's essential to prioritize connections and relationships, even amidst a busy schedule.
Unfortunately, I hit a bit of a roadblock when I started feeling under the weather for a day or two. But I didn't let that slow me down for long. I seized the opportunity to tackle some projects around the house, including replacing a PSP 1000 screen and setting up a PS2 to Wii controller adapter for Guitar Hero.
In between tasks, I took the time by wiping a bunch of hard drives that were donated to me. It's incredible how technology can be repurposed and reused to benefit others.
Today was back to the routine of homeschooling, but I made sure to inject some fun into the day with a long bike ride at Exploration Park. There's something rejuvenating about being out in nature and soaking up the sunshine.
Afterwards, I spent some quality time with my little one, playing games and bonding over shared interests, video games. It's these moments that make all the hard work worthwhile.
As the day winds down, I'm looking forward to diving back into my passion projects. From working on the Star Wars PSP to prepping another PSP 1000 for someone else, there's no shortage of exciting projects on the horizon.
And as I continue to network and explore potential opportunities, I'm excited about the prospects for the future. From acquiring new consoles to modify, like the PS2 and PS4 to more PSPs and Xbox 360s, the possibilities are endless. Here's to a week of hustle, rest, and endless possibilities.
Until next time, [Gregoid]
