Riding the Rollercoaster: Facing the Chaos and Finding Treasures and gems
Life's been one heck of a rollercoaster lately, throwing curveballs left and right. But hey, that's the game we signed up for, right? Despite the chaos, I've managed to find some silver linings amidst the madness.
Venturing into thrift stores turned out to be a stroke of luck, unearthing hidden treasures like an electronic drum set, an Xbox One, and a treasure trove of Skylanders – one even fetching a cool hundred bucks! It's moments like these that remind me of the thrill of the hunt and the joy of discovery.
On the project front, I encountered some hurdles with my Flying V Guitar Hero controller. Turns out, the strum bar board had called it quits. But where there's a will, there's a way, and after some creative tinkering and a little help from spare parts, I managed to resurrect it into a perfect Clone Hero guitar. Talk about a triumph over adversity!
Unfortunately, the DS screens I eagerly awaited failed to make an appearance, leaving me in a bit of a bind. But hey, setbacks are just opportunities in disguise, right? I'll find another outlet for them, no sweat.
In the meantime, I've got my hands full with modding six more guitars for the enjoyment of fellow Clone Hero enthusiasts. And let's not forget the new monitor for my PC – a small upgrade that promises big returns in the gaming department.
As if that weren't enough, I decided to shake things up by rearranging my entire living room and dining room. Change is good, they say, and I'm inclined to agree. It's amazing what a fresh perspective can do for the soul.
Tonight, I'll dive back into the world of 3D printing, armed with a new hot end and head to rectify past mishaps. It's all part of the journey, right? Ups and downs, twists and turns – that's what keeps life interesting.
Let's do this!
